Quotes & Pricing
All quotes are custom and based on product, quantity, services, and destination.
Pricing excludes customs duties unless specified.
No hidden charges or agent markups.
Orders & Responsibility
Clients are responsible for providing clear product specs and required certifications. We do not accept liability for factory defects or customs rejections unless QC and compliance services were engaged.
Refunds & Disputes
Due to the nature of cross-border trade, refunds are only provided if we fail to deliver a service explicitly agreed upon in writing. Disputes must be submitted within 7 days of shipment receipt.
Intellectual Property
All branded packaging, content, and vendor data provided remain the property of the client. Our supplier networks and internal processes are proprietary to NetGir LLC.
Limitation of Liability
NetGir LLC is not liable for any indirect losses, delays caused by third parties, or product outcomes post-delivery.
